Donald Trump may have all but cemented the Republican nomination,  but if you’re a Republican and want to vote by mail, today’s the last day to request a mail ballot. The Republican presidential preference primary is March 19th.

In Florida, all old vote-by-mail requests have expired, so regardless of whether you’re registered as a Democrat, Republican, or independent, you must renew your vote-by-mail request. You can do so online at the  Elections Department website . For the primary, the deadline is 5 p.m. today.

There is no Democratic presidential preference primary in Florida, because President Joe Biden was the only candidate to meet Democratic party filing requirements.

And even though all of Trump’s rivals — including Gov. Ron DeSantis — have suspended their campaigns, they remain on the ballot. Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley was the last to throw in the towel, suspending her campaign Tuesday.
